Once you create Online Tickets for your event, a new Section will appear for you as admin on the event called Bookings
. Here you will find all details of who booked for an event, who paid, etc.
Can I see who booked an event?
Yes, first you will get a notification to tell you that someone booked your event, and then in the Bookings section of your event you will be able to see their booking.

- Click the Bookings tab
To see the details of a booking simply click on the particular booking in the Booking List.
Can I see who paid for a ticket?
Yes, in the Bookings tab of the event you will find all the bookings with all the Paid and Pending amounts. By clicking on a booking you will be able to see the booking details and respective payments.
What details do I receive when someone books a ticket?
Members who would like to book a ticket will have to fill in a Booking Form in which they will enter their Name, Surname and Country together with any comments or requests they might have.
For bookings of particular events such as Accommodation, Holidays, etc, members will be asked to enter additional details, such as Passport Number / Identity Document number, etc.
Do users who buy tickets get a physical ticket?
Yes, when a user pays for his ticket they will automatically receive a ticket in their inbox. They will be asked to print this ticket and present it at your event entrance.
How are people marked confirmed on an event?
When a member buys a ticket and pays for it, our system will automatically mark them as “confirmed” on the Event Guest List.
Can I revoke a booking once the payment is made?
No, once a member has purchased his ticket, you cannot undo this action. The member has his ticket and he will be allowed into the event. To prevent this from happening, make sure that your event type is Closed
so you have to confirm people wanting to attend, before they are able to purchase tickets.
Service Costs & Payout
How much does it cost to use the SpicyMatch ticketing service?
Organising and Marketing events on SpicyMatch is completely free. It is also possible to use our ticketing service to sell your tickets online and have an accurate and complete guest list and the peace of mind that the guests who click attending to the event, actually turn up because they would have bought their ticket. In this case a minimal service charge of 1.00% of the value of the ticket, plus € 0.15 per ticket applies. There are absolutely no other monthly charges, subscription fees or configuration costs.
Irrespective of the Ticket Price, the maximum cost of using this service is capped at € 7.50 per ticket, no matter how much the ticket costs.
International Bank and Credit Card charges of 3.95% also apply over the ticket price.
Service Charges and Bank Payment Gateway Fees can be either absorbed by the organiser in the final ticket price, or passed onto the purchaser. This setting can be changed individually for each type of ticket created for the event.
When do I get paid?
The Payout Process is initiated 5 business days after your event's end date. The income balance (total payments received less relative charges and fees) will be transferred to the SpicyMatch Wallet of the organiser after the payout process has completed.
