With it's large selection of Clubs, Bars, Pool Parties, Foam Parties, Saunas, Private Parties, Sexy Beach, all doubled up with our own in-house parties that we will organise, Cap d'Agde, and particularly the Jardin de Babylone, is the perfect location for an event dedicated to those who enjoy sex without boundaries...... and, it is very rare that events which includes singles are allowed at Jardin de Babylone, so feel special you can be part of this !

PAYMENT TERMS

You can secure this fantastic holiday with a deposit of 20% and the rest paid on 4 easy to pay instalments as follows:

⚪ 20% Deposit at time of booking
⚪ 30% by the 10th January 2025
⚪ 30% by the 1st March 2025
⚪ 20% by the 15th May 2025

ℹ️ NOTICE
If the instalments are not paid within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation according to the published cancellation policy.

⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE
We stress to all our clients to take separate, 3rd party Travel Insurance to cover their entire reservation cost.

SINGLES

An equal balance of Single Males and Single Females will be allowed to attend this event. All singles must have the SpicyMatch Official Validation badge on their profile. A maximum of 2 single males can share an apartment on a double bed, and a sofa bed and a maximum of 4 single females can share an apartment with one double bed, and a sofa bed.

⚠️ The organisers of this event and/or their appointed associates reserves the right to video film and photograph this event for promotional reasons and all clients attending this event and accepting the terms and conditions when booking this event consent to such filming & photography. The utmost attention will be taken to protect the privacy and discretion of all guests and all guests have the right to stop any cameramen from filming and/or taking photos of them at all times by asking them not to be recorded.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please use the appropriate form that you find in the section "My Booking" of the event page.

The cancellation will be processed according to the published cancellation policy and the conditions listed below, according to the notice period given in relation to the start date of the event.

If you fail to turn up for the event without prior notice, you will not receive any refund and any accommodation you have booked will no longer be available the day after your scheduled arrival date.
