THE WEATHER

September is considered as one of the very best months to visit Sicily! With an average temperature of 26.7°C during the day, 22°C at night and an average Sea Temperature of 25.4°C.... let's say it's safe to say that even the weather will be very similar to Cap d'Agde...... where we all roam naked 😜

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Taxis are available just outside Catania Airport and the 25 minute ride costs around €65. If you are travelling to other airports and would like assistance with your transfers please message SpicyMatch Travel for assistance.

ARRIVING BY CAR

The hotel has ample parking space and full address and GPS Coordinates will be given to guests 1 week prior to the event.

PAYMENT TERMS

All prices shown are per room, on Half Board Basis. You can pay for this amazing vacation on 5 easy to handle instalments, as follows: 20% Deposit on Booking 20% by the 28th February 2023 20% by the 30th April 2023 20% by the 30th June 2023 Final Balance by the 15th August 2023

ℹ️NOTICE
If the instalments are not paid within 15 days of the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation according to the cancellation policy below

ℹ️ N.B. Prices of rooms may increase in relation to sales and the closer the event becomes.

City tax to be paid at reception: € 1.50 p.p.p.n.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel your booking, this will have to be done in writing via email to travel@spicymatch.com. You will receive a confirmation that your cancellation has been received.

• Cancellations 60 days or more prior to event commencement date will incur in a €200 processing fee penalty.
• Cancellations within 59-32 prior to event commencement date will incur a penalty to the value of 2 nights accommodation.
• Cancellations made 31 days or less prior to the event commencement date: NO REFUND
• No shows receive no refund and the room is no longer available after arrival day.

SINGLE MALES

A few Select, Officially Validated Single Males will be allowed to attend this event after being vetted. Interested Single Males must apply by writing privately to SpicyMatch Official Events expressing their interest to join this takeover.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please use the appropriate form that you find in the section "My Booking" of the event page.

The cancellation will be processed according to the published cancellation policy and the conditions listed below, according to the notice period given in relation to the start date of the event.

If you fail to turn up for the event without prior notice, you will not receive any refund and any accommodation you have booked will no longer be available the day after your scheduled arrival date.
